Shakshuka, a recipe that got me interested the moment I happened to see it on Youtube. Primarily because it was very simple and we love eggs ! I just couldn’t get my hands on Red Capsicum and so had to wait for a week to try this.
Checked out Shakshuka recipe by Bombay Chef Varun Imandar, on Youtube. Decided to try. Measurements were pretty much twice of what was used in the original recipe. I did not filter the puree, decided to use it as it is.
Here’s how I tried it – Missed clicking one pic after adding spices on top of tomato puree. The color difference will show that spices are added.
