This is a small vegetarian self-service restaurant in Vijaya Nagar, Velachery.
I have seen this place a lot of times and pass through the very same road at least once a day, but have never tried it. Today dropped in for a quick dinner and as I said, it is a self-service restaurant. Ordered an Onion Dosa, Plate of Parotta and a Coffee and paid in advance. Forgot to tell him to give me the items one by one, and that i was alone. He gave both of them in quick succession, so the parotta had to wait on my table until I finished the dosa.
Food was tasty and both the food items were priced at Rs 40 each and Coffee was Rs 15. They have a few varieties of dosas, but did not try them though.
It is a narrow road and parking can be a struggle, there’s place for a few bikes. You may have to park in the adjoining lanes.
Overall, a decent place for vegetarian food in Velachery!
