Being in Hyderabad and not visiting Bawarchi is Blasphemy!

In spite of having limited time at disposal, and a vegetarian friend in our group of three, we still managed to visit the iconic Bawarchi at RTC X Roads, Secunderabad.
I have been to the old one opposite to Sandhya theater, but this time decided to go to the newer AC restaurant – Mehfil, right opposite to the old one. Better comfort and the same biryani!
Ordered a Chicken Biryani, a Veg Biryani (yes, a vegetarian friend), Chicken 65, Mutton Chops and Paneer Tikka.
Starters were yummy! Typical Hyderabadi Chicken 65 was yummy, Mutton chops was tasty, deep-fried and different. Paneer Tikka was soft and flavorsome!
Chicken Biryani, was yummy and so was the veg biryani. Tasty salan and raita.
Overall, a wonderful meal! Paid 1050 bucks in all, a very important task ticked off! 😉
