Chokhi Dhani, a set on Flickr.
A nice theme, nice food, nice activities, overall a very good outing worth the money you pay. Rs 550 for adults and Rs 350 for children aged between 3 and 9. This includes the food also. You also get free coupons for various activities and that was very good. You didn’t have to spend extra money on them, the coupons were sufficient.
Camel ride was good, boating was fun, the game stalls were ok. Food was good, but having eaten at Rajdhani, this was far behind. But no complaints, it is value for money.
Weekends are very crowded. Be prepared for delays..there are 45 minute slots for dinner where you are allowed according to the time slot, but there can be a delay. if you are with kids, you can get a bit annoyed.
They are NOT prepared to handle rains. The whole parking lot was slushy with a complete chaos. Taxi drivers and other car drivers attempt to handle the situation, unsuccessfully though. Even the place inside was muddy and slushy and had to carefully watch your step. they need to do something to get this better. On a dry Sunny day, it should be ok.
Children will enjoy this different experience. So definitely recommended and I will visit again.
